At ASTA BRASIL, the ESG Committee serves as the strategic core of sustainable governance. It is composed of the Chief Executive Officer, Directors and a dedicated ESG Leader. Its mission is to define guidelines and promote ESG practices throughout the company’s operations, aligning sustainability, social responsibility and ethics with the business strategy.

Featuring a high-level structure, the Committee ensures that decisions related to environmental, social and governance matters are fully integrated into the company’s growth strategy, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, innovation and positive impact.
